30-Day Challenge · Ages 3–17

Summer Reading for Super Smart Girls

A 30-day guided reading adventure from Irene Bangwell's Self-Leadership library. Every weekday she reads, hunts for hidden clues, studies the Bible, and reflects — earning marks, streaks and badges along the way. Registration is free. She only needs her books.

Three gentle activities, spaced across the day

The challenge runs weekdays, with three short tasks a day — done with breaks in between for chores, helping at home, and rest. No screens all day; just a rhythm that builds her.

50 marks Morning

Read & Reflect

She reads her chapter of Summer of Self-Esteem plus a book from her series, then answers thoughtful questions that make her think about what she read — not just repeat it.

35 marks Midday

Treasure Hunt

After a break and a check-in, a reading treasure hunt sends her searching across chapters for hidden clues. Reading becomes a game.

70 marks Afternoon

Bible Treasure Hunt

She hunts through Proverbs, Psalms and the Gospels to discover what God said and who He is — growing in wisdom, worship and God-awareness.

Frequently asked questions

Is registration really free?

Yes. Joining the 30-day challenge costs nothing. Your daughter only needs the books for her age group, which she reads throughout the challenge. Digital packages start at ₦35,000 and hard-copy girls' books from ₦32,000.

When does it run, and how much time does it take each day?

The challenge runs from August 3 to September 2. Readings and tasks are on weekdays (Monday–Friday), with Saturdays for catch-up and Sundays for the leaderboard. Each day has three short activities spaced out with breaks — roughly 15–20 focused minutes per activity.

What ages is it for?

Girls aged 3 to 17. Books and tasks are written in age clusters (3–5, 6–8, 9–11, 12–17), so every girl reads material made for her stage. The 3–5 track is read-aloud, designed to share with a parent.

What's the difference between digital and hard copy?

Digital gives instant access on our online portal and is the same price for every age group (₦35,000 girls-only, ₦50,000 with parents' books). Hard copy is printed and delivered — complete sets are ₦65,000 for ages 3–5 and ₦75,000 for ages 6–17, or you can buy girls' books only from ₦32,000.

What if she misses a day?

That's what Saturdays are for — she can catch up on anything she missed during the week. There's even a special badge for girls who come back after a missed day. The goal is to build resilience, not guilt.

How does the Bible reading work?

Each weekday includes Scripture from Proverbs, Psalms and the Gospels, selected and blended to be age-appropriate. Rather than simply reading a verse, she goes on a “Bible treasure hunt” to discover what God said, to whom, and what it reveals about His character.

Can the girls chat with each other on the platform?

No — and that's deliberate. There is no messaging or chatting between girls. They can only send hearts to celebrate the weekly winners. It's a calm, protected space.

Do parents get anything?

Yes. Every bundle includes matching companion books written for parents, so the conversation at home mirrors what she's reading. Parents also receive updates on her progress.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer to Providus Bank — Parenting Champions with Irene Bangwell, Account 1305978320. Message us on WhatsApp to enrol, then email your payment evidence to parentingchampions.ng@gmail.com so we can confirm.

I already bought the library — do I pay again?

No. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll issue your access code so your daughter can join the challenge at no extra cost.
